2026 Alumni Day at the South Florida Fair

Join fellow Leadership PBC Alumni, along with friends & family, for Fair fun and a complimentary reception at the South Florida Fair on Sunday, January 18th! Fair admission is free for the current Leadership Engage Class and Active Leadership PBC Alumni. (Guests must purchase their tickets via the Fair website or at the Fair on the day of the event.) Please register here and check in at the Leadership PBC tent located at main Expo entrance between 12:00 p.m. and 2:00 p.m. on Sunday, January 18th to get your ticket and hospitality passes. 

ABOUT THE RECEPTION: The Alumni reception will take place at the South Florida Fair Hospitality Center from 3 p.m. to 5 p.m. Active Alumni will receive two free drink tickets. Cash bar and light bites will be available. 

PARKING: General Parking is $15. Premium parking is $25. All parking is on a first-come, first-served basis. CREDIT CARD ONLY. Our FREE Park & Ride from The Mall at Wellington Green is back for the 2026 Fair! The Mall at Wellington Green has designated the Parking Lot between Dillard's and Macy's for the FAIR PARK & RIDE. The first bus starts at 10:00 a.m. The last pickup from the Mall is at 9:30 p.m. You also have the option to park at Palm Beach Central High School for FREE and a 10 minute shuttle ride will bring you to the Fair. This service will run from Palm Beach Central High School located at: 8499 W. Forest Hill Blvd. in Wellington. SHUTTLE SERVICE BEGINS AT 10 A.M. AND WILL CONTINUE THROUGH THE EVENING WITH RETURN SERVICE UNTIL MIDNIGHT. 

BAG POLICY: Bags brought to the Fair must be clear plastic, vinyl or PVC bags (maximum size of 12” x 6” x 12”) or small clutch bags of a maximum size of 6” x 9”. Clutch bag does not need to be clear. 

While your guests' fair admission is not free, their admission to the Alumni Reception is. We ask that you please note how many guests you will have so that we can have hospitality passes ready for you and your guests at the gate.

Everyone is welcome to enjoy the Fair until it closes at 10pm!

Food Drive At The Fair 

We invite you to help do good for our community by bringing non-perishable food pantry items along with you to Alumni Day at the Fair on January 18. These food items will go to 211 Palm Beach/Treasure Coast to benefit their Elder Crisis Outreach Program and their MYFLVET Program: 

  • The Elder Crisis Outreach Program (ECO) provides advocacy and care coordination to seniors in crisis. The program serves elders aged 60 and up who may be experiencing any number of crisis events, including physical illness, difficulty meeting basic needs, loss of a spouse, financial hardships, social isolation, victimization, suicidal ideation, or others. ECO offers one-on-one guidance and support to resolve these elders’ personal situations.
  • MYFLVET supports veterans through a peer-support model. MYFLVET Care Coordinators are veterans with real-life lived experiences. The program provides comprehensive information and referral to VA-funded services and hundreds of additional community-based services.

Some ideas of the Non-Perishable Food Pantry Items they need are:
