Wednesday, February 1, 2023 (8:30 AM - 10:30 AM) (EST)

Description

A few storytellers, representing underrepresented groups in our community, will be sharing their personal stories and experiences regarding diversity, equity, and inclusion. Our storytellers include:

  • Takeata King Pang (LPBC '20), representing the Asian community
  • Michael Riordan, representing the transgender community
  • Dina Rubio, representing the Nicaraguan community
  • Brieana Salter, Founder & President of The LupieGirl, representing the black community & community of those with chronic illness
  • Melody McCauley, representing community of those with autism spectrum disorder

This will be a safe space for storytellers to share and attendees to ask questions. Out of respect for our storytellers and fellow attendees during this intimate conversation, attendees will be asked to refrain from using their phones.

Due to the intimate nature of this event, registration is limited. If you are ready to take part in a serious conversation on diversity, equity, and inclusion, please register now.
