Leadership Focus Description:

Leadership Focus is our program for those interested in deepening their knowledge of Palm Beach County without the year long time commitment necessary with the Engage program. It’s a three-day program for executives and professionals who want to broaden their understanding of our community, connect with people of influence, and explore Palm Beach County’s strengths, challenges, and initiatives.

The Focus class will travel as a group, by bus and on foot, to various locations throughout Palm Beach County and learn from top professionals representing many of the industries that shape our county.

This year’s Focus will take place in January 2027. To get an idea of the types of places you may visit and speakers you may hear from, check out our Focus 2026 agenda HERE.

Registration for Focus is first-come, first-served until the bus is full, and the cost is $895. Reserve your seat now before the class fills up!
